What to know about this clog
Birkenstock's footbed carries a deep heel cup, a raised toe bar and a pronounced arch. All three feel like too much in week one and like the point by week four.
A cold-weather clog. Lined uppers run warmer than they look, and are better indoors and on short outdoor trips than on long walks.
Grey sits between black's formality and brown's warmth, and hides dust better than either. Most of these are built on EU lasts and converted inconsistently to US sizing. Where you can, work from the EU number.
Condition every six to eight weeks for daily-wear shoes. More often than that and you soften the leather past the point where it holds shape.
